Some common sense neghbor rules. We all benefit from following these. Good neighbors make great neighborhoods!
Pick up the poop. When walking your dog, carry a plastic bag for cleanup and make sure it is on a leash. Please put the bag in your garbage when you get home.
Clean up your yard, even in the streets. After trash pickup on Thursday mornings, trash can be spilled and should be picked up.
Garbage pickup is Thursday morning.
On Wednesdays before pick up day:
Try to wait until after 5:00 PM when the landscapers have mowed the common areas before putting your garbage out.
Avoid putting your garbage cans over sprinkler heads and on the grass.
Don’t let garbage cans sit out after pick-up day. Within 24 hours before or after pick-up is the permitted time to have garbage cans on the street.
Store garbage cans neatly on and against the side of the house, behind the garage door not in front of the garage area.
Don't park on the wrong side of the street. Read the parking signs. Inform visitors of legal parking areas. Don't park over the sidwalks. Don't park inoperative cars on the streets; park them in your garage or in your driveway.
Get your neighbor's phone number for emergencies. Watch out for them and they will watch out for your.
